National Unemployment Rate Hits 4 Year Low

National Unemployment Rate Hits 4 Year Low

Ah, in August National Unemployment Rate hits 4 Year Low, dropped to 8.1% giving a quick shout out to the beginning of the year. With the annual low of 8.1 and annual high of 8.3 it is safe to say the unemployment rate though slightly improved has remained flat. This explains real estate prices so far this year – FLAT. September traditionally reports an improvement in unemployment, which ultimately explains the surge in the stock market. Thank you Apple for leading the way. The overall stimulation in the stock market has certainly made it for an interesting September. Housing market in NYC is definitely buzzing this month.
