Seller’s Review on Trulia.com

10/19/2017 – Helped me sell a home

Having followed the market for years, we were thinking about if we could forgo a broker/agent, but with jobs and our recently-expanded family, that seemed much harder. That was our first great decision, the second was choosing Armen and Armen, who complement one another and together made our experience seamless. We interviewed several brokers and agents before signing with Armen and Armen. But another realtor we met with said something about working with he people we trusted and clicked with. They were the first to respond to our initial inquiries, and came in with booming confidence and a nuanced approach. They saw a our apartment’s strengths. They accommodated our schedules (both daily and for the desired timeline to sale). They handled all interactions with the seller and board. They respected our home and our children were eager to see them. We had worried they were overconfident, but went with the sense of trust and comfort. Within a week of signing with them and days before our apartment officially went on the market, they had two offers, including one above asking and exactly where we thought the apartment should have sold. The most amazing part was that we’d only left our apartment for about two hours to do it. The buyer had superior qualifications, and was widely praised by our coop board for his credentials and personality, and we’ve had series of friendly exchanges with the buyer as we packed up, moved, and accidentally sent packages to our old apartment. “The Armens” did all this for us, and helped us to move to the next stage in our lives with the confidence and ease they brought to our sale. We couldn’t have done this alone.

Buyer’s Review on Trulia.com

I.M. – 10/07/2017 – Helped me buy a home

I had the pleasure of working with Armen and Armen on the recent purchase of my co-op in Jackson Heights. After having loss out on 3 bids for apartments in Jackson Heights over the course of a few months, I almost gave up hope on finding something that I would like. That was when I received a notification from Armen and Armen that they were showing an apartment in Jackson Heights that was a couple or more blocks from my ideal location. Because the apartment was only open to direct buyers, I didn’t have to go through another round of bidding war, and I was lucky to have my offer accepted.

While Armen and Armen represented the seller, they were always ready to provide me with the guidance and help that I needed to navigate the landscape of purchasing a co-op. They provided me with contacts for loan officers that I may want to consider and clear instructions on the documents that I needed to submit, forms that I needed to fill out, etc. They were always patient with me and very responsive in answering my many questions. From the time I placed the bid to the time I closed, it took only 3 months, and this was in the middle of the summer when people are usually away for vacation. They made this entire process as smooth, transparent, and easy as can be. I would most assuredly recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing or selling a real estate. Again, thank you to Armen and Armen for their support throughout this process.
