As 2024 draws to a close, with just two weeks remaining until the ceremonial Times Square ball drop, we are pleased to look back at what we’ve been able to accomplish in 2024 and what we have to look forward to in 2025.

As our team is poised for further growth, it is presently consistent of Armen Meschian (Team Leader and founder of JacksonHeightsListings.com), Jessica Meschian (Licensed Real Estate Salesperson), Mackenzie Farrell (Licensed Real Estate Salesperson) and Sunny (Team Mascot – Chihuahua).

• We closed out the year 2024 with a gross volume of $21,241,845, a total of 47 closed deals.
• We will carry our pending pipeline of $6-million+ into 2025.

We would like to thank estate attorneys, paralegals, loan officers, loan processors, loan underwriters, managing agents, transfer agents, board members, supers, inspectors, appraisers – the unsung heroes of real estate, who work behind the scenes.

If you were to take a head count of people who are involved in a single real estate transaction, from start to finish, you will be truly blown away.
